Embodied Health Mini-Retreat
Join us for a half-day of “tuning in to tune out”—a deeply restorative, intimate wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Participants may register for either the morning or afternoon session, whichever best fits their schedule. No matter which session you join, the flow is the same: we’ll begin together in an opening circle, move through four one-on-one healing experiences, and end with a gentle integration circle.
