In this 60-minute experience, you’ll be guided through gentle somatic practices—movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound bathing—that help you tune into your body and understand how stress and emotions are stored in the nervous system. Together, we’ll explore how the body shifts between fight/flight, freeze, and rest states, and practice ways to return to balance. These tools can support you in releasing tension, regulating your nervous system, and cultivating a greater sense of safety, resilience, and calm in daily life.
