An in-person, writing as a mindfulness practice support group. As we emerge from winter and prepare to welcome spring, give yourself the gift of deep listening: for yourself, and for others. The primary intention of this group is to engage in a grounding practice, and to foster warm hearted connection with one another during this cold season in a safe, supportive space. Participants will be guided through a simple, quiet, writing practice to explore topics ranging from concrete and mundane, to topics that touch upon joy and suffering, wonder and grief, injury and repair. Each session will include brief, silent sitting, writing, and reading, with a no comment rule, as well as time to process the experience. This is a small, in person group, limited to 6 attendees, and will close once full.
