Yoga-Flow for Combating Stress and Anxiety: 4-week Series
Join us as we flow through some asanas (body postures) to get your heart rate up to release energy and tension held in the body. We will be using simple yoga poses known to reduce stress and anxiety.
Each session will conclude with guided meditation and sound bath to truly reset your nervous system. You will leave feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed
