Adolescent Multi-Family DBT Skills Group 

This DBT skills training group supports teens and their parent or caregiver in learning and practicing the four core DBT modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. The group is designed to help families build practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and coping with stress.

Participation in a comprehensive DBT program is required for enrollment.
