This DBT Skills Training Group for adults offers a supportive space to learn and practice the four core DBT modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. The group focuses on building practical, evidence-based skills to support emotional balance, resilience, and healthier relationships.
