Cold Plunge 101 is a small-group experience designed to introduce you to the power of cold plunging. Attendees will learn about the history and benefits of cold plunging as well as what to expect before, during and after a plunge. You will then get an opportunity to take a 2-3 minute cold plunge and deeply connect with your mind, body and breath. Expert cold plunge coaching will be provided by the instructor as well as support and encouragement from your fellow plungers to create a transformational wellness experience. Wear or bring a bathing suit and a change of clothes. Baggie for wet clothes and fresh towel provided.
