Divorce is more than a legal process. It’s a profound life transition—one that can bring grief, relief, fear, possibility, loneliness, freedom, and approximately a thousand logistical questions.
The Divorcing Woman’s Workshop is a 90-minute gathering for women navigating this complicated in-between time. Together, we’ll create a warm, confidential space to talk honestly about what’s happening—and to find a little more clarity, steadiness, and support along the way.
We’ll begin with a simple somatic practice to help you settle into your body and arrive fully in the room. From there, we’ll explore the topics that are most alive for the women in the group. Depending on what’s needed, that might include:
Parenting and childcare
The emotional roller coaster of separation
Friends, family, community, and the social stigma of divorce
The logistics of separating a life and a home
Mediation, legal questions, and your MSA
Financial and practical decision-making
Creating a new support system
What comes next—and who you are becoming
Rather than following a predetermined curriculum, I’ll listen for the questions and challenges most relevant to the group and use my experience as a transformation coach to help us explore them together.
There will be space for sharing, reflection, practical problem-solving, and the occasional wait, is this happening to you too? moment.
This is not therapy or legal advice. It’s a place to take a breath, get perspective, learn from other women, and remember that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
