Ericksonian Hypnotherapy
Unlike some traditional hypnosis models rooted in suggestion or control, Ericksonian hypnotherapy is grounded in partnership and focuses on identifying and activating our unconscious mind, inner resources and wisdom. It draws on the body’s natural ability to enter trance—those focused, inward states we access when reading, daydreaming, and creating. It is a form of Indirect hypnosis rather than direct hypnosis, and it is is a seen as a more subtle and respectful method utilizing body language, stories, metaphors, and other hypnotic techniques to improve patient outcomes.
Each session is tailored to your language, imagery, and pacing, creating space for unconscious insight and emotional clarity. Scripts may be used, but never rigidly. The process is responsive, intuitive, and respectful of your pacing and goals.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is a deeply healing modality that uses the relaxed state of hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, allowing clients to uncover, process, and release unresolved emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, and trauma stored in the body.
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy integrates traditional hypnotherapy with psychotherapy, inner child work, and somatic release. Clients are guided into a safe, deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind quiets and the subconscious becomes more accessible. In this state, unresolved emotions, early life experiences, and internalized messages can be revisited and reprocessed through a lens of compassion, re-parenting, and insight.
