Swedish Massage is the foundation of relaxation-based therapy. Using long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading, Swedish massage soothes the nervous system, improves circulation, and encourages the body to move into a parasympathetic state where deep healing can occur. It’s ideal for clients seeking stress relief, improved sleep, and a gentle reset from everyday overwhelm.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches into the layers of muscle and fascia where chronic tension, tightness, and pain are stored. This modality is beneficial for those with long-standing muscular issues, repetitive stress injuries, or who simply hold a lot in their shoulders, back, and hips. Deep tissue work helps break up adhesions and restore healthy movement patterns while releasing stuck energy from emotionally burdened areas of the body.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle yet highly effective technique that encourages the natural flow of the lymphatic system.
