Healing Approaches Explained

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese hands-on therapy that involves the use of healing high vibrational energy. This treatment can unlock the natural healing abilities of the body. It is known to increase vitality, balance and loosen blocked energy, relieve physical pain, promote calmness and reduce stress.

What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and effective energy healing technique that enhances
relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing
processes. It works deeply to bring balance and transformation to the
body, mind, and spirit. Reiki practitioners transmit energy to clients either
in person, using a combination of light touch and hands hovering near the
body, or remotely, making it highly accessible.

Uses for Reiki

  • Reiki can help individuals explore their inner world, allowing them to
process pain on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
  • It can help us transform our relationships with ourselves and others.
  • Reiki is commonly used in hospitals and other clinical settings as a
complementary therapy, helping to reduce pain and improve overall
    health and mental well-being.
  • Reiki can be used on pets, plants, food, crystals, and to bless spaces
    and more.

Who can practice Reiki?
Reiki is open to everyone, and anyone can learn this healing
technique with the proper training and support. Reiki is transmitted
through a beautiful, sacred process called attunement.

  • Decrease in anxiety
  • Stress reduction
